I accompany individuals and organisations on topics related to career and professional development, leadership and work-life balance. My focus is on professionals working in science management and scientific organisations. Women leaders are particularly close to my heart. I also offer coaching for personal development.

 

I am based in Munich, Germany. I offer coaching in English or German, in person or in virtual set-ups.

How does coaching work?

In coaching, you set the agenda. And you are the expert in your life, and for developing solutions that fit your unique situation. I create a safe space for you to reflect and to explore your emotions. I listen closely to help guide and structure your thoughts. I ask questions and apply techniques that encourage you to experience new perspectives and insights.

I combine cognitive approaches based on logic and values with techniques that allow you to draw insights from your emotions and your body. As a systemic coach, I put emphasis on the interactions with the various systems that you are part: work, family, social circles, etc. Any change that you effect will influence your surroundings and vice versa.
